Orders & Shipping
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Tat Vivah is a premium multi-vendor marketplace. If you ordered items from different designers or boutiques, they are dispatched directly from the respective vendor's studio. This ensures you get your items as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking links for each package.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Custom-tailored items, such as bespoke sherwanis, require 7 to 14 business days for crafting. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery across India on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-Day Easy Return and Exchange policy for all standard, ready-to-wear items. The items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
Can I return a custom-tailored garment?
No. Items that are custom-made, altered, or stitched specifically to your measurements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before submitting them.
Payments
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India. A standard handling fee may apply to COD orders, which will be calculated at checkout.
How do I get a refund for a COD order?
If you return an item originally purchased via COD, we will process your refund as a direct Bank Transfer or as Store Credit to your Tat Vivah wallet. Our team will request your bank details via email once the return is approved.
Custom Tailoring
How do I submit measurements for custom outfits?
For custom products, you will find a "Custom Tailoring" option on the product page where you can input your measurements before adding the item to your cart. If a vendor requires further clarification, they will reach out to you directly after your order is placed.
