While we enforce strict quality control, the actual contract for sale is directly between you and the respective vendor fulfilling your order.

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3. Product Descriptions & Custom Tailoring
We work closely with our vendors to ensure that product descriptions, images, and sizing charts are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of handcrafted ethnic wear and variations in digital displays, slight differences in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur.

Custom Measurements: If you select custom tailoring, you are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. Tat Vivah and its vendors cannot be held liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.
- We offer secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may be subject to a nominal handling fee.
